My client are looking for a strong CRM Manager to come in and join their well established marketing team based in Surrey.


This CRM Manager role is a newly created role due to the business growth performance. The business are looking for the key candidate to be a strong project manager with an ability to also be very hands on with great attention to detail.

This is such an exciting time to join the business as they are growing and understand the need of having CRM and the power of this to keep up to date with market trends and growth in customer footfall. As the new CRM Manager you will be sitting in the marketing team and also have an opportunity to wear many different hats.

You will work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM strategy is agreed and works effectively for all aspects of the company

You will work with the IT Manager and the Head of Marketing to recommend the CRM platform structure ensuring it works seamlessly across the business and captures all required information at key points in the customer journey and life cycle.

You will be confident strategy planning, implementation and execution of the CRM programme and keeping track record of customer activity and growth opportunities for the business.

The successful CRM Manager for this role in Surrey you will have:

A proven working experience as a Senior CRM Executive or CRM Manager with experience of implementing and managing a loyally scheme.

You will be a confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration.

You will be organised in multi-taking and managing key stakeholders in the business and be very comfortable providing insights to the key stakeholders of the business.

You will have proven analytical skills and with the ability to interpret extensive data and make actionable recommendation to the business in aid of growth opportunities.
