My client is looking for a Assistant Brand Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of specific products involving all elements of the marketing mix. If you are currently working in a Marketing Executive role then this position would be the next step for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Product management - responsible for some of the product range
Co-responsible for the development & implementation of brand/business plans, following a defined brand planning process
Responsible for some public relations (internal and external)
Event management & UK/International Congress - managing the schedule for exhibitions for the calendar, planning for exhibitions and ensure all relevant paperwork is submitted within specified timelines. Ensure literature and sample stock is collated and packed and sent to exhibition venues in timely manner. Liaising with event organisers, arranging bookings and purchase orders. Attendance at exhibitions is required. Each event must come in on time and budget with post event evaluation of performance. Coordinate leads generated and communicate these to the sales team
Local Marketing Campaigns & Communications - provide project support to Marketing Manager for planning & implementation of all local marketing campaigns
Developing marketing materials were necessary, detailed planning & evaluating performance.
Building robust databases for each area in conjunction with Territory Business Managers for appropriate targeting of activity
Market Data Reporting & Analysis - Download, analysis and monitor market data through IMS monthly data, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the key dynamics within the category & brands performance
Update company website and work with Digital Marketing Executive to ensure engaging content and campaigns implemented online and all online opportunities are explored
Enhance social media accounts, Twitter and LinkedIn for Dermatology communication
Manage & Update Handbooks - monitor and update relevant information in handbooks. i.e ingredients, pack images
Web enquiries - answer customer web enquiries and arrange for samples to be sent to them
Budgets - Raise Purchase Orders and place on suppliers, maintain purchase orders logs and tracking
Prepare mailers and brochures by under instruction from Marketing Managers by formatting content and graphics, arranging printing and delivery from printers. Set up, maintain and update library of formulary packs, case studies, clinical data etc
Promotional material Source and maintain and keep up to date database tracking supply of promotional merchandise to customers in accordance with set budget

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level
Must have extensive marketing experience working in a full marketing mix role
Possess experience of event mgnt, press releases, brochures, web updates, promotional activity, brand marketing, ideally within a business to consumer environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work on multiple projects
Able to work to tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
