Communications Officer; £24k - £26k. Dorset. Content Generation - Public Relations - Marketing Campaigns.

Your new company
Working as part of a large organisation, based within one of the most idyllic locations in North Dorset. The current communications team are undergoing multiple changes in order to meet the needs of the digital world. The organisation provides a structured career path, with yearly appraisals and assigned salary bandings. Your new role
This is an exciting time to join the organisations professional communications team as they provide content and to a range of audiences and stakeholders. You'll be researching current activity with the view of finding and creating compelling stories and delivering these over a number of channels including print, radio, video and social media. In addition you'll provide communications advice and consultancy to other in-house departments.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced communicator who has worked in a public relations role, or equivalent marketing position, and have a proven ability to engage with a wide variety of audiences including businesses, residents and internal stakeholders. Ability to deliver successful campaigns via a number of channels including engaging online and offline content. Ideally you'll be educated to degree level in a relevant subject or hold CIPR or CIM diploma.
