Your new role
To implement innovative, compelling and competitive in store marketing campaigns to deliver increased footfall, sales, margin, conversion and basket size. Accountable for the promotional process and delivery and implementation of all communications and PoS material. To work collaboratively with marketing including category teams to plan and implement all in store marketing materials with 100% accuracy on time and within budget. Focusing on the promotional process and also the implementation and delivery of Famous 4 campaigns. Customer service for store network ensuring continuous support, owning and managing queries and issues as they arise. Adjusting processes moving forward to ensure continuous improvement

Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Essential

* Previous In store marketing experience within a retail environment
* Customer focused

* Experience of working in a fast paced environment (retail sector preferable)
* Highly organised, with proven project management skills
* Relationship building skills

* Good communication skills
* Good organisation and time management
* Problem solving and analytical skills

* Knowledge of Design, Print and Production processes
* Degree educated or equivalent
* High level of detail and accuracy
* Competent Excel usage
* Learns from mistakes and adjusts process and learnings to avoid in future
