Communications Manager; £40k - £45k. PR - Internal Comms - Media Relations. Farnborough.

Your new company
A global organisation that specialises in B2B consultancy. They have a number of UK offices as well as those overseas, as such, the majority of your work will be related to Group, however, they have other business areas which you will support when needed. Your new role
Working in partnership with the wider marketing team, and global business, you will take full responsibility for implementing all PR, corporate and internal communications, as well as developing a structured internal communications programme. You'll manage the in-house press office and PR resource centre and develop profitable relationships with the Media. You will create your own content materials including press releases, statements and media responses, as well as deliver those provided by internal stakeholders; all within a timely and accurate manner. Content will be released across a variety of channels including Company intranet. The role will liaise on a daily basis with the wider marketing team who are based both globally, and across the UK, as well as Board Directors, the Media, and Country Managing Directors.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience of creating and delivery profitable PR, ideally within a PR Agency, this will be combined with prior experience of providing high-level internal communications. Both elements are essential for the role. You'll be confident in your ability to build and manage relations with the media and with internal and external stakeholders. You'll possess excellent writing skills, have strong verbal communications and possess the gravitas to liaise with senior members of staff including Board Members. You'll be familiar with Sharepoint intranet software, have previously used Newswire, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
