This is a fantastic opportunity with a well known drinks brand, based in London. In this role you will be responsible for developing, delivering and analysing the success of the eCRM comms plan.
You will enjoy copy writing and content development and will have experience in creating engaging and effective content both on a central and local level.
Acting as the brand guardian, you will develop new local email templates that represent the brand guidelines and tone of voice.
A great relationship builder both with internal stakeholders and agencies, you will own the agency briefing, email development and delivery process of both triggered, templated and campaign emails.
Ideally in a CRM role within FMCG/ Hospitality marketing/ Retail environment.
