This leading property firm are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to work in conjunction with the Head of Marketing and senior internal clients to implement the Company business plan in relation to marketing activity and to help develop and implement brand development strategy through campaigns, sponsorships, ads and events. You will undertake a lead role in ensuring that external and internal marketing and communications activities are aligned to the strategic objectives of the UK and Group business and lead on events, core relationships with media partners and marketing campaigns.

You will be expected to deliver innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to raise profile for the key areas of the business as identified by the business plan, with overall responsibility for pushing property marketing strategy for commercial transactions and shared responsibility for external marketing and advertising campaigns including management of agencies, projects and media partner relationships. You will oversee targeted corporate and high level business line events, in particular our market leading, capitalise brand and high profile branded events and sponsorships and work with the Marketing Director to put together and implement a corporate marketing and brand strategy that supports the Business Plan. You'll work with the international marketing & communications teams to deliver international strategies, and ensure the brand is consistent and to contribute to international and corporate projects. You will also manage the design team, and the events executive to implement these parts of the marketing strategy.

You will have shared responsibility for monitoring of budgets and return on investment on all marketing activity and oversee the set advertising/media plan and quality control.

You will contribute to the growth of the business from existing and new clients through targeted marketing campaigns and messaging, ensure events are targeted and have clear objectives and follow up, joining together all parts of the marketing & communications skillset and be a key ambassador for the CRM system and devise new marketing tools within it, new ways to report on campaigns within it, and promote it internally.

You must develop excellent relationships with senior fee earners including the Board and provide a support to the Senior Marketing Director and share team management responsibility in her absence.

You will be educated to degree level with a postgraduate marketing/communications degree and/or CIM qualification desirable, with a demonstrable record of delivery in professional services with a strong marketing and communications background, particularly in events strategy & management and advertising and have previous experience of managing media partnerships in real estate preferred. You will have previous experience and a strong understanding of real estate sectors and also digital strategy preferred. You will be commercially astute, deliver innovative solutions, and be a sound decision maker and a creative thinker who is motivated and driven.
