Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: M4/M40 corridor – Bucks/Berks/Oxon
Package: £45k + 10% bonus, pension, private healthcare

As a Brand Manager, reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a dynamic, entrepreneurial BM who will help implement the marketing strategy for 2 highly significant brands. In addition, using consumer and customer insights you will develop a clear branded innovation pipeline as well as activate within store. You will also contribute to the communications strategy so TV, social media and activation experience would be beneficial.
We are looking for a candidate with a classical full mix FMCG background gained ideally within a branded food environment. In addition, you will have strong NPD exposure in order to bring new products to market and will have a proven track record on innovation launches. Also, you will be used to working autonomously within a small team and have a strong track record of managing a number of internal and external stakeholder expectations.
