This Brand Manager position is newly created by my client with the key aim of giving the organisations brand a re-fresh. The role will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to create a completely new brand strategy and with the wider team, take the organisation and its products and services to a whole new level.

Client Details

My client are a medium to large, very innovative and forward-thinking Professional Body with a very commercial focus. The organisations member base contain some of the most popular businesses in the world. The business have an extremely wide offering of products and services, as well as having plans to expand into new areas very soon!


The successful Brand Manager will be required to create a new Brand Strategy for the wider business, as well as work with the wider team on the positioning of the organisations products and services offering.

You will work on both ATL and BTL creative pieces, as well as ensuring you fully understand the businesses stakeholder groups and implement a successful segmenting strategy.

Really get to understand the organisation and what the brand means to people. Through strategic brand positioning, you will put together key messaging and develop and execute (with the wider function) a marketing strategy to deliver products and special offers/promotions etc.

Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders - you will also be required to get opinion leaders, and other 3rd party affiliates on-board with key brand ideas and concepts.

Coordinate and project manage marketing activity with the wider teams (I will go into greater depth around this when we speak about the position and your experience).


The successful brand manager will be a brand specialist and someone that excels in brand messaging, brand development, and a confident relationship builder. You will also be someone that has a persuasive nature which would be ideal to get people/stakeholder groups on side to in order to get key strategies and ideas through to completion.

You will also have experience using a variety of marketing and communications channels.

The successful candidate must have FMCG and/or experience in Travel/Leisure industries.

Job Offer

This position is permanent, based in London and is paying a salary of £55,000pa as well as an extremely generous package of benefits on top.
