Manage the Business' flagship products portfolio to drive commercial growth and brand recommendation and to lead key initiatives to ensure the Product is the 'Brand of Choice' amongst Professionals. Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the Professional Products portfolio to deliver against net sales, margin and growth KPI's

* Lead implementation of the growth strategy, plan and execute key programmes to drive brand recommendation, consumer demand generation for the products within the professional arena

* Liaise closely with EU Professional Digital and Marketing team serving as the key digital contact for UK professional marketing team

* Full responsibility of the Advertising and Promotions budget including Digital

* Lead digital content development and execution while ensuring alignment with EU Division, Legal and Scientific Affairs

* Responsible for managing and updating UK & Ireland websites and new site infrastructure as well as creating and rolling out social media initiatives

* Manage communication with the EU Multi-functional team on new initiatives, volume forecasting and supply challenges & solutions


Profile

Preferred Skill-set:

* Previous experience as a Marketing Brand Manager or equivalent within a core FMCG or Consumer business preferably with experience liaising with the Products' Professionals (B2B)

* An interest or experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing

* Strong interest or preferably previous experience working across Digital touchpoints

* Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills

* Confidence in relationship building & stake-holder management; able to challenge the status quo and influence people at all levels of the organisation

* Keen to drive innovation, champion new initiatives and able to adopt a flexible approach to problem solving that leads to effective & creative solutions

* Preferably available for an immediate start or within a 2-4 Week Notice Period
