Your new company
Your new company is a global organisation looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their ever growing Marketing and Comms team

Your new role
In your new role as Internal Communications Manager you will have the following responsibilities:


* Coordinate and deliver an internal communications strategy to create company-wide engagement through existing channels and new initiatives
* Own and actively manage the company's internal communications toolset, including internal email platform, intranet and Yammer
* Proactively curate, manage and maintain content for the complete range of internal communications channels
* Develop and drive implementation of best practices across all internal communication platforms
* Utilise KPI programmes to measure and actively improve internal communications
* Liaise with internal stakeholders including marketing, HR and IT to improve communications and facilitate information exchange
* Contribute to content creation for internal/external company magazines

* Support marketing and other functional teams in producing high-quality written content across multiple channels


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as an Internal Communications Manager you will need to meet the following requirements:


* At least 3-5 years' professional experience in an internal communications or marketing communications role, or similar related position
* Strong copywriting skills and experience of professional written work, editing and/or proofreading are essential
* Working knowledge of digital communication tools and strategies is essential
* Good standard of degree in a relevant subject area is desirable
* Highly-motivated personality with outstanding attention to detail, the ability to work independently and a work ethic that produces precise results
* Adaptable individual with an ability to work in cross-functional teams and concurrently on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint are a must
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365 and SharePoint would be advantageous but not essential
