Head of Digital & Social - The Role

As the lead digital & social expert in the agency, you’ll use your mix of strategic and campaign management skills across a range of fascinating blue chip technology clients.

  • You’ll identify opportunities to weave digital into fully integrated B2B marketing campaigns, introducing new, innovative techniques and delivering brilliant solutions that get results.
  • Working in a smaller agency, your remit will be so much broader.  You’ll have the chance to work across the full range of digital channels including content and social, lead digital transformation projects and help shape the development of digital services in the agency.
  • You’ll also lead a small team helping them fulfil their potential. 

 

Head of Digital & Social  - Skills and Experience Needed

  • You’ve got a strong digital & social skills set with solid experience in the IT/tech sector, ideally in the B2B sector.  You have broad knowledge across all the main digital & social channels and are passionate about new technologies and innovation.
  • You’re equally happy identifying opportunities and planning digital & social activity, working closely with clients and leading projects.
  • An ambitious and enthusiastic leader, you thrive on helping clients use digital and social to transform their business. 
  • You’re probably working in an agency at the moment, or maybe you’re a client sider who’s got previous agency experience.   Either way, you’ll have good client services skills and the ability to convince clients of the value of your ideas.
