Our client are the capital's most successful specialist property management company and are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of the wider digital marketing channels and take them to a new level.

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is independently and proactively responsible for managing and maintaining the KFH website platform, supporting the strategy and development of paid online advertising for the KFH Group, development and management of social media campaigns and playing an active role in the web elements to support the eCRM programme for the Group including landing page development, tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* To manage, maintain and develop the CMS including the creation of new web pages and/or content sections within the CMS
* To maintain existing website content and ensure it is fully optimised
* Work closely with agency partners to ensure all projects are managed efficiently, on budget and provide appropriate feedback
* Implement the content schedule to support marketing and PR campaigns as developed by the marketing and PR teams
* To create new website content, liaising closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on priorities and online standards
* To monitor the performance of the website on a daily basis to ensure optimal performance, liaising with agency partners where more complex reporting and statistical analysis is required
* Work closely with the PR and Content Manager and Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute the social media strategy
* To explore and exploit fully any income generating possibilities and to encourage and develop business opportunities wherever they arise
* Set up regular reporting on online user types and their experience - and other ad hoc reports as required
* Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager in producing reporting, providing analytics and optimising paid and natural search
* To monitor competitors and recommend ways to increase share of online property traffic
* Develop and maintain landing pages and destinations for eCRM campaigns, working with the Marketing Manager and PR and Content Manager to ensure objective of campaign are being delivered on the site and in line with the strategy, ensuring a test, learn, refine approach
* Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute the paid online advertising strategy for the KFH Group

Personal Attributes

* Experience of day-to-day administration of a large-scale website
* Experienced in Google Analytics
* Experience in search engine optimisation
* Confident, enthusiastic and well organised
* Excellent communications and time management skills
* Ambitious, proactive and ability to work to fluctuating deadlines
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Ideally you would have knowledge of web design
* Ideally you possess user testing experience
* Use of Adobe Creative Suite

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £38,000 plus additional benefits.
