About the company:

Better Placed are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Marketing Executive to join an exciting financial services business that rewards clients for taking care of their health and well-being.

The Senior Marketing Executive role is a newly created position, and will sit within their investment products marketing team, as they launch the GTM strategy to drive this new proposition's success.

The role will involve multiple layers of stakeholder liaison, including the franchise and national accounts distribution teams, ensuring they have the right tools to promote the financial services products. You will also collaborate closely with the Brand and Customer Marketing team and Events team, where there is an overlap in the advisor audience.

The role:

-Planning and implementing the marketing plan for the distribution channel.

-Helping the business to take new products to market, including digital assets, launch collateral and new sales tools.

-Planning and implementing full integrated trade advertising campaigns to drive awareness of products with financial advisors and sales, including digital and print industry events.

-Working with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver tactical plans and effective campaigns to support the strategy and KPIs.

-Owning, maintaining and developing the advisor website for your product line, including driving traffic and engagement.

-Working with a panel of content specialists to deliver advisor facing content, e.g. articles, emails and newsletters.

-Delivering advisor industry events, including awards ceremonies, including pre and post-event comms and collateral.

-Building relationships with national Account Managers and Business Consultants to ensure they are committed to company initiatives and have the right tools to promote sales of products.

-Acting as a key point of contact for agencies, ensuring that results are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

-Driving ROI through clear tracking of all marketing activity, providing recommendations for optimisation.

-Quality-checking all communications activity for brand identity and tone of voice.

-Creating financial promotions in line with stringent regulatory and requirements.

-Seeking approval for marketing collateral through internal processes.

-Responsible for managing your own financial promotions assets and ensuring these are up to date and fit for purpose.

Skills and experience:

-A proven track record within B2B/B2C marketing.

-A good understanding of intermediary marketing in the investment space.

-Experienced in working with retail investment products or similar.

-Experience of end to end marketing campaign management with a focus on commercial output.

-Strong digital experience across web content and digital campaigns.

-Experience in working with an influencing multiple stakeholders.

-Experience of working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven marketing environment.

-Experience of writing clear and concise communications.

-An excellent relationship builder, confident working across all levels of an organisation.

-Able to translate brand values into effective communications across key audiences.

-Able to manage expectations and navigate potential delivery issues.

-Excellent prioritisation and multi-tasking skills are a must.

-Ability to inject fresh ideas and creativity into the wider marketing team.
