The EU Brand & NPD Manager role will work very closely with the Marketing Manager for the brand in terms of providing the brand strategy, brand positioning, brand campaigning and annual marketing plans.

The main responsibilities of the EU Brand & Product Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

* Working with the Marketing Manager to develop the Brand Strategy, brand positioning, campaign strategy and annual marketing plans. Plans must deliver high return on investment, sales and profit growth for the European region.
* Drive robust innovation pipe-line for brand in Europe, based on future-proof consumer insights and in-line with defined brand positioning
* Co-ordination of European marketing meetings to gain insights into the European markets, launch new products and campaigns to the regional Trade Marketing teams and steer pan-European decision making.
* Lead cross-functional project team, brand sessions and integrated agencies work for NPD and brand building campaigns.
* Actively drive European share of voice in the Global NPD roadmap development for a specific category, working closely with teams in the US and EU.
* Analysis of internal financial results for the category, market data, market trends and competitor activity.
* Travel from time to time to Europe


The successful EU Brand & Product Manager will have a good in depth understanding of NPD, Critical path road maps and who this is executed. They will have strong stakeholder engagement skills along with being able to manage multiple projects to multiple deadlines.
