A leading regional legal firm is looking for an experienced marketing communications and brand specialist to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. The role holder will be based in the firm's Bristol office and will be working for an energetic, UK law firm that has grown considerably in the last three years, and who pride themselves on being open-minded, forward-focused, with an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.

Working as a part of a team of 26 marketing and business development specialists, you will be responsible for planning and delivering firm campaigns across its sectors and services, and will act as a guardian of the firm's corporate and employer brand visual identities, ensuring that they effectively promote the firm and its people, products and services. The Marketing Communications & Brand Manager will lead on the design and delivery of firm campaigns including the firm's graduate and employer campaigns and will develop, roll out and provide ROI analysis of advertising campaigns which raise awareness of the firm's brand with target audiences including clients, recruits and employees. You will be responsible for developing new brand assets and products to support campaigns, ensuring that they effectively and creatively promote the firm. The role holder will also work with the wider team, creating and posting content across digital platforms and must successfully manage relationships with suppliers including creative agencies, corporate sponsorship partners, consultants and media advertising.

The ideal candidate will have significant B2B marketing communications experience, to include extensive budget and supplier account management experience and an in-depth understanding of the design, content development and stakeholder engagement process within a law firm. The Marketing Communications & Brand Manager will be a team player, with strong commercial acumen and communication and presentation skills and will be able to offer creative insight and development balanced with a commercial perspective.
