My client, a large international Healthcare provider is recruiting a Product Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. You must have extensive product marketing background with experience of working in a customer facing role, ideally within the healthcare or a consumer related sector. Key Responsibilities:
Development and execution of the Product Business Plan, through consultation with the Senior Product Manager and National Sales Manager
Prepare for and present the launch of new product and service solutions to the Division
Design targeted marketing campaigns to promote product and service solutions to existing and potential customers, in line with the Business Plan
Forecast, plan and manage the product management product portfolio
Market research and maintain up-to-date databases on competitor product alignments, pricing and product/ service solutions, and communicate new developments to all relevant departments
Support the Management tender process and ensure the Contracts Manager has up-to-date information on new product and service solutions
Complete product applications for the successful listing of products
Co-ordinate the products presence at National and Regional Exhibitions, including stand design, customer engagement and all other supporting promotional activities
Establish and manage the Product Marketing budget, ensuring expenditure is effectively and efficiently utilised and remains within budget
Establish close communication with colleagues in headquarters in Germany and around the world, to share knowledge and best practice and ensure customer requirements are met and optimum levels of support are achieved for new product developments
Work closely with the Clinical Development Manager to ensure all product and service developments are in line with and promoting the latest clinical best practice
Work closely with the sales team, medical marketing and Nurse Advisors to design, update and maintain literature and tools
Update website regularly and maintain the Online Training Tool Database
Regularly report on marketing projects

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level
Must have proven Product Management and Marketing experience in a Healthcare or NHS sector
Customer facing experience - essential
Demonstrable recent sales track record, able to build client relationships
Excellent project management skills
Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude
Excellent communication skills
Excellent networking
High level of commercial awareness
Excellent implementation skills
Demonstrable IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work away from home, some international travel
Holds a full driving licence
Competitive Salary Package:
Salary £40k+Bonus 15% + Company Car (Negotiable for right candidate)
37 hour week, flexible hours (offer home working up to 3 days)
25 days holiday + bank holidays (increases up to 28 days)
