NEW Internal Communications Manager- 12 month FTC with leading Accountancy firm.

This important role reports into the head of internal communications and will focus on cultivating the strategic relationships with the Executive Committee members within the newly formed leadership team. The role will require you to help further establish the internal communication team as trusted ad visors and ensure consistent messaging on the delivery of the 2020 Strategy and the firms story You will find ways to source content and examples from teams across the firm that demonstrate the strategy and Story in action and standardise the approach to communications planning. This role requires the individual to lead on the creation and delivery of communication and engagement strategies for key areas across the UK firm. Responsible for influencing senior stakeholders on best practice communication approaches and tactics, the role holder will equip and deliver tools to support programme specific engagement activities, as well as business as usual communications.


* Be accountable for the delivery of internal communications strategies and plans to support the requirements of the key leadership teams. Audiences include partners, people leaders and all colleagues, as well as function-specific communities
* Accountable for the successful implementation and roll out of plans, including creating key messaging, drafting and designing communications, identifying audiences and effective use of channels including digital and social.
* Design and put into place an effective communications infrastructure of tools and channels that enables communication of functional strategy in line with the firm's strategy, as well as engagement of key functional audiences
* Develop standardised tools and guidance to help build business partnering capabilities across the IC team


Successful candidates will have previous Internal Communications Manager experience from within the professional services. You will be creative and able to work in a matrix organisation. You will have strong stakeholder management experience and able to deliver strategic objectives as well as come up with new ideas.
