Supported by a small team, you’ll develop the 3 year brand strategy and plans; manage brand building/activation initiatives and A&P development, and play a key role in NPD strategy and innovation pipeline initiatives. This is a local market role but you will have extensive exposure to global issues, collaborating with the team and sharing best practice. Who are we looking for?
With a robust background in FMCG or OTC marketing, you’ll have broad experience across the marketing mix from developing brand plans and A&P activity including creative development, media selection, to packaging design, NPD, consumer insight and digital marketing. You’ll have a solid grasp of the UK market, with an understanding of major retail and trade channels and will be looking for a substantial new challenge in which to truly show your flair. In what is a dynamic, results-driven environment , strong commercial acumen, gravitas, presence and exceptional interpersonal skills are key. Equally important are a passion for your work, curiosity and a willingness to challenge existing thinking with your ideas and approach.
