We are working with one of the markets leading retailers to find their Digital Acquisition Manager.

You will work within the Digital team to shape and deliver an innovative digital strategy. The purpose of this role is to engage with new and existing customers, growing market share and to maintain and further achieve ambitious sales targets. Ideally you will have experience from another retailer or well-known consumer brand.

The role:

* Management of digital acquisition activity, including PPC, SEO, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate and Paid Social Media channels.
* Driving trading performance growth and improving return on digital investment
* Digital acquisition strategy, defining target segments, ensuring digital budget is maximised across all channels and new channels and technologies are capitalised on.
* Managing an internal team of three people and external agencies and suppliers
* Managing a 7-figure budget effectively, including invoice management and regular reconciliations.
* Providing insight and reports through use of analytics tools.

PPC: Maximise the effectiveness and efficiencies of the PPC accounts through account analysis and testing; identify and implement new opportunities within search; manage creative to ensure messaging to ensure the most effective and relevant ad creatives are in place across multiple search engines and platforms; monitor competitor activity and brand bidding; identify and create new PPC landing page opportunities.

SEO: Technical - responsible for onsite recommendations and working with the Development team to make changes; manage all off-page SEO activity, develop an outreach strategy to engaged and create blogger outreach program; work with Marketing, Content and Social teams to ensure content campaigns are effective from an SEO and Social perspective where possible; identify SEO opportunities to deliver effective content with strong organic value; analyse weekly and monthly reports against KPIs and total online performance.

Display and retargeting: Create and implement effective display and retargeting campaigns based on our target audience requirement; review performance and lead the ongoing optimisation strategy of display & retargeting campaigns; research new online acquisition opportunities.

Affiliates: Work with Affiliate networks (UK and international) to grow the channel; partner directly with top 5 Affiliates to drive extra volume; investigate other affiliate networks to identify best partners to grow online revenue.

You will need experience in managing a small team of digital marketing experts.
