The Campaign Director is a critical role and works closely and collaboratively with the Group Marketing Director to develop and implement campaign strategy and planning, monitoring progress, forming strategy relations with partner organisations and lobbying of decision-makers.

The Campaign Director will be responsible for:

* Ensuring that the overall campaign programme and selection of campaigns matches organisational priorities, and is supported by the wider industry stakeholders and strategic partners.
* In collaboration with the Group Marketing Director, lead on the development of the strategy and implementation plans for the campaign.
* Be aware of and respond to opportunity and ensure campaigns are relevant, timely and inspiring.
* Regularly monitor and report on campaign's progress
* In conjunction with key stakeholders, select appropriate marketing agencies to support delivery of campaigns.
* Form National strategic marketing partnerships to provide synergy and maximise campaign results.
* Develop clear objectives and targets for campaigns, working with key stakeholders in doing so.
* Build strong relations with partners
* Lead on networking in order to achieve research and campaign aims.
* Working with the PR officer & PR Agency, ensure high visibility of campaigns in the media, and represent the business in the media, public speaking engagements and events.
* Ensure campaign activities are high quality and well planned, cost effectively delivering on objectives.
* Ensure communications are in line with campaign objectives.
* Leading the planning, evaluation and reporting of campaigns.
* Preparing and managing the campaign budget and effective delegation of sign off.


To be successful you will have the following experience:

* A degree or equivalent level qualification
* A recognised professional qualification in marketing
* Extensive experience in a management role
* Customer-focused, with the ability to influence and engage direct/indirect reports and peers and build effective relationships.
* Stature, gravitas and confidence to gain the credibility and respect from all areas of the organisation.
* Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented.
* Able to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
* Self motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure.
* Flexible, collaborative and proactive, a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
* Excellent judgement and creative problem solving skills
* Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management
* Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker

Job Offer

£60,000 - £65,000 + benefits
