Looking for an Interim Marketing Manager to join an exciting Fashion Retail eCommerce organisation to devise strategy to drive new customers and generate brand awareness.

Must have a solid background in inbound marketing and demand generation with a SaaS focus.

This role for Marketing Manager (B2B2C) is an exciting role primarily responsible for driving new customers and up sell the product.

This role would suit someone who understands how to quickly build a client database through offering freemium products in a B2B environment.

This role will include devising strategy and the execution of inbound, demand generation, growth hacking and lead nurturing. You will also be responsible for driving brand awareness through events and managing our PR agency.

You have a solid background in inbound marketing and demand generation with a SaaS focus, and understand how to target different stages of the buyer journey with the right content to convert leads along with introducing tactics to drive high growth and scale.

It is essential to be proficient in budgeting, reporting and clearly demonstrating how you are optimising your performance.

You have experience in marketing automation and lead nurturing with Pardot and reporting in Salesforce for campaign success along with Google analytics and Wordpress (or similar) to manage our website.

Key Responsibilities

* Devise creative strategies and techniques to drive sign ups/ new leads based on our target personas and verticals.
* Utilising the right mix or paid (e.g SEM, PPC, content syndication) and owned media (website, SEO, social) to drive growth.
* Identify new channel/partner/ influencer opportunities.
* Drive outreach programs and lead generation campaigns utilising key channels and content syndication.
* Nurture and upsell existing opportunities/free users.
* Create automation programs using Pardot to drive existing opportunities to convert .
* Working with product marketing and customer success to identify ways to drive up sell.
* Work with content marketing to maximise exposure of all content across channels and partnerships.
* Work closely with sales team to monitor inbound lead handover/ reporting and support with messaging and communications strategy.
* Increase Brand awareness and support new product launches.
* Maximise exposure of new product and feature launches to key audience across key channels including PPC, retargeting, paid and organic /social.
* Manage PR (agency) and events to create worldwide press and increase reach.

Skills Required:

* An appreciation of eCommerce and a desire to help shoppers improve their experience (both online and offline).
* Marketing experience with a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider is desired.
* Technical skills and understanding of the areas that make up a successful digital campaign and how that process is executed and measured.
* Firm understanding of demand gen tactics including outbound and inbound marketing, content marketing.
* Copy writing skills for creating ads, presentations and managing creative with designers.
* Experience in planning and executing events and managing PR agencies
* Detailed knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce.
* Knowledge of how retailers work and how to communicate value effectively.
