Fantastic Opportunity to join a leading Retail company based in Leicestershire, looking for an Innovative CRM Manager.


Client Details

Our client is a large UK retailer based in Leicestershire with over 140 stores offering a range of luxury brands. They pride themselves on an excellence product range and unrivalled client service.


Description

The CRM Manager will be responsible for setting CRM objectives, working with Brand Managers to develop a multi-channel strategy and lead the execution of data driven Loyalty Campaigns. The CRM Manager will use key insight and data in order to segment the market in order create engaging, targeted and measurable Loyalty campaigns. They will work across multiple brands with internal stakeholders identifying areas and advise ways that can leverage customer understanding and engagement through brand initiatives.



The CRM Manager will also be responsible for measuring the success of campaigns and will carry out cost benefit analysis to ensure the most cost efficient measures are being executed.


Profile

The successful CRM Manager will have:



Experience in Multi-Channel campaign management



Strong understanding of Segmentation targeting & analytics



Commercial Understanding



Track record in using insight & data



Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships



Confident in presenting solutions to internal stakeholders


Job Offer

Salary £35,000-£42,000 + Benefits
