NEW Head of Client Services- 12 month FTC role with leading accountancy firm.

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the creative implementation of the Group's strategic marketing plan. You will lead the Creative Services team within the Group Marketing department, you will play an essential role by bringing together the individual sub-teams: digital, publications and advertising, design and events.

This role will work with the relevant Account teams to understand the brief of work and then manage the Creative Services team to develop and build creative materials that deliver against the brief.

Leadership:

* To direct and inspire a fully-functioning creative team; essentially acting as an internal specialist 'agency' - managing four direct reports (digital, publications and advertising, design and events)
* To work with the Planning & Campaigns and Account teams to interrogate a brief and create inspiring and dynamic materials that deliver against the brief, both for external and internal communications and ensuring all activity is consistent and complementary
* To work with the Content team to support strategic marketing plans across digital (specifically web, email and social) and offline channels
* To work with the regional Marketing Managers to ensure the materials are fit for purpose at a local level

Digital:

* To oversee the design and development of the online presence, as well as the development of a digital marketing strategy as part of the broader marketing and communications plan
* Monitor, review and advise business on digital marketing opportunities for client engagement and brand building
* Analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities with focus on lead generation and conversion
* To work with IT to investigate the use of Marketing automation systems and assist with implementation

Successful candidates will have experience of both B2B and B2C (ideally private client) marketing and communications and thorough understanding of all communication channels especially the digital landscape. Other channels include advertising (ATL-BTL), printed publications, events and sponsorships are also an advantage. You will have a strong track record of implementing and influencing multi-channel creative marketing campaigns (preferably within professional or financial services) and you must have experience in leading a creative team (preferably gained in an in-house corporate environment) and increasing the digital maturity of a department. You will also have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing across content marketing, digital design and website user experience.
