This organisation is looking for a Senior Individual Giving Manager to join their team in Central London.

Description

The key responsibilities of this Senior Individual Giving Manager will be:

* Work on the retention of donors, with an income target of around £1million
* Increase donor retention levels through creating a tailored supporter journey across a range of channels
* Work on both online and offline channels across, including gaming
* Encourage the development of life time value relationships with supporters
* Conduct post-campaign analysis to drive informed decisions and improvements to future campaigns
* Manage budgets and report spend to the Head of Individual Giving
* Manage multiple campaigns at once and ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
* Deliver training to fundraisers working on behalf of the charity
* Line manage two fundraisers
* Work with external suppliers and ensure work is delivered to an appropriate standard


Profile

The person specification for this Senior Individual Giving Manager is:

* Prior experience in direct marketing within a not for profit organisation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven success of delivering successful fundraising campaigns
* Knowledge of fundraising compliance and codes of practice
* Highly numerate and experience of working with complex data
* Ability to analyse data and use fundraising databases
* Budget management experience
* Excellent eye for detail
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise accordingly
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to present information to audiences in a persuasive manner


Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £35,000 and £40,000, dependent on experience.
