Your new company
A well recognised investment firm based in Edinburgh City Centre are looking for a short term communications professional with experience in industry and request for proposal writing which has the possibility to be made permanent. This organisation has been a stable rum business for over three decades and has obtained an outstanding reputation, allowing them to offer a salary of circa £25,000/£115 per day.

Your new role
This role will play an integral part in the completion of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs and all related questionnaires. Key business communications will be targeted on being delivered on time and to the standard demanded by partners. You will be required to write copy for specific documents, where required, and to support investment writing across all reports prepared for both clients and consultants. Depending on previous skills and work levels, you may be requested to be involved across the work of the communications team including reports, events and projects. Other responsibilities include;

* Help maintain master text and assist in the appropriate and efficient distribution of that text, quarterly.
* To ensure that the required procedures are followed and met in regard to approvals and audit requirements.
* Where required, write original investment commentary
* Undertake project work as required.

* Record all communications related activity and to help ensure that procedures and processes are adhered to.

You will gain experience within a leading investment firm in the vibrant city centre of Edinburgh. You will be in job role that allows you to network and gain experience within the industry. This role is initially for 4 weeks but will have the potential to be made permanent. Easily accessible by public transport and just a short walk from both Haymarket and Waverley train stations.
