Senior Customer Insight Manager

My client is a market leading and rapidly expanding travel business with a very ambitious growth strategy. They pride themselves in diversifying their product and service offering to stay ahead of the curve within their sector. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Senior Customer Insight Manager to join their marketing team.

The key remit of this role is to provide insight across all business units in order to gain a true picture of their customer that will ultimately drive continued growth. Not only will you extract key highlights from multiple data sources, the Senior Customer Insight Manager will be responsible for presenting key insights, opportunities and recommendations back to the relevant business areas.

In position, the Senior Customer Insight Manager will develop the following:

* Develop promotional mechanics that drive a greater insight into revenue by channel and segment.
* Develop modelling frameworks to help drive the understanding of the price elasticity of commodities.
* Develop single customer view framework and regency, frequency & value customer model all in order to ensure the most effective segmentation and targeting.
* Develop channel attribution
* Develop propensity modelling (for cross sell purposes).

This is an exciting role for an experienced commercial, marketing, CRM or digital analyst to add real value in analytics and insight for the business. It's important that you have strong communication and influencing skills, you must be highly numerate and have a genuine love of data. A good understanding of SQL is also highly desirable.
