An excellent opportunity for a Channel/Relationship Manager to join a leading charity based near Reading.


Client Details

My client is a National charity based near Reading


Description

The Channel Manager will have the following responsibilities;



* Managing F2F fundraising supplier relationships, dealing with any performance issues and driving continual improvement
* Management of budgets in excess of £10million, adjusting where necessary and working to drive improved value and reduced cost per acquisition
* Management of all Face-to-Face fundraising complaints, ensuring all necessary processes are in place, monitoring performance of all channels, ensuring consistency across investigations and being the escalation point for serious complaints
* Ensuring all F2F agencies are fully compliant with legislative requirements and best practice and constantly striving for excellence in their interactions with supporters
* Working with the procurement team to ensure all existing and any new contracts are negotiated to ensure best practice and maximise return to the charity
* Working closely with product teams to ensure their campaigns are optimally executed by F2F agencies
* Developing relationships across the wider organisation including Supporter Care, Communications, Finance, Community Fundraising and Legal/Procurement, driving understanding of the importance of Face-to-Face fundraising in our channel mix


Profile

The Successful Channel Manager should have the following skillset;



* Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
* Proven campaign management experience and expertise managing multiple agencies across different channels
* Experience working in a target-driven environment, ability to make and drive through strategic performance-improving decisions
* Ability to analyse and assess difficult situations and make consistent judgements regarding next steps
* Ability to motivate and collaborate with varied teams and departments
* Resilience,a determination to succeed


Job Offer

The Successful Channel Manager will be offered a salary of between £32000- £35000 on a 12 month fixed-term contract
