My client is an international, branded food business, with TV recognised brands. They are very much a work hard, play hard business, with a friendly, open culture, whilst remaining dynamic and fast paced. Internal progression is excellent and based on merit, and not limited to one function.

As part of their growth plans, we are expanding the Revenue Management/MS&P team. This newly created role will be responsible for championing revenue strategy within the business and showing the wider group best practise ways of working.

We are open to background; the role could suit an existing MS&P manager, a NAM looking for a move into a different function, or perhaps even a category manager or finance professional from within FMCG!

Your responsibilities will include as examples:
-Work cross functionally to develop long term revenue strategy
-Work with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority
-Lead pricing strategies
-Working with promotional plans, setting guidelines for promo activity
-Reviewing promotional activity
-Working with customers to develop joint business plans
-This is a very broad role and will involve much more than illustrated here; get in touch to discuss further

The ideal candidate will:
-Be degree educated or equivalent calibre
-Have excellent relationship management skills
-Have FMCG experience (retailer or supplier side)
-Hold strong influencing skills
-Have experience in budgeting and forecasting
-Be adaptable, enthusiastic and organised
-Be strongly analytical, have a good head for numbers and detail
-Have strong problem solving capability
-Be commercially minded, previous P&L ownership preferred
