Client Details

A blue chip FS business seeking to engage a Product Manager.


Description

Key accountabilities include:



* Leading the existing customer portfolio for Secured Lending.





*   Building, owning and delivering the retention plan to support secured lending growth, ensuring targeted communications that are both timely and relevant to customer segments.
*   Input into 1-5yr forecast for retention, working closely across team to develop key drivers to support business plan development.
*   Recommend product design and pricing, managing relationships with a broad range of stakeholders within team and at a senior level, to ensure full engagement and support for proposals.
*   Proposing & leading delivery of proposition development, regulatory or process changes through a cross functional project team. Ensuring a strong governance framework is in place across all projects and risks.
*   Reviewing impending legislation or regulatory changes or initiatives to understand the impact on business secured lending products.
*   Providing the wider business leadership for retention, working cross-functionally in a collaborative manner to deliver brand goals.

 


Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Senior Product Manager will possess:



* Proven experience of working within Product Marketing or management, with a strong understanding of product financials.
* The ability to competently apply a range of marketing principles and practices.
*   Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyse data/information in order to develop financial plans, as well as identifying trends and opportunities.
*  The ability to develop complex business cases (including customer experience & internal impacts as well as financials)
*   Knowledge and understanding of retail or SME banking (customers, industry, competitor activity and market position).

 
