£200 - £270 per day (option for PAYE or Ltd company)

About the company:

We're currently recruiting for an exciting business area within a leading electronics and telecommunications brand, based in Surrey. They are currently seeking Channel Project and Reporting Manager to cover a period of maternity within their mobile devices team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on launch planning for new and in-life products, and will act as a key point of support for the Channel Marketing team. As such, you will ideally have 3+ years' experience in a similar channel marketing function, with strong stakeholder management skills, strengths in project delivery, analysis and reporting.

About the role:

-Support the team in developing channel marketing strategy based on consumer, channel, competitor and market insight.

-Enabling the channel marketing team, allowing them to build strong channel marketing programmes in line with channel partners' own life-cycle and calendar plans.

-Supporting the channel marketing team in developing a cohesive quarterly marketing plan and 13 week promotional calendar for each account and function to sell through stock in a timely manner.

-Working with senior channel marketing team members on channel marketing spend, tracking and ROI.

-Participating in cross-functional business planning sessions, quarterly planning, finance harmonisation and monthly sales and marketing meetings.

-Supporting senior channel marketing managers by working with senior stakeholders across the business, where required, to ensure strong alignment between channel marketing and other teams (commercial, product, retail, training, brand and central marketing functions).

-Creating and managing regular communication and reporting to the wider business - e.g. monthly newsletters, reports, compliance updates.

-Supporting and owning the tactical marketing activities for cross-functional teams, including road shows, in-life propositions, channel incentives, seasonal activation, launch GTM, retail and experiential.

About you:

-A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar channel marketing role.

-Highly experienced in reporting via MS Excel and strong MS Office suite experience.

-Educated to degree level or similar, plus a marketing diploma/marketing qualification/CIM qualification.

-Experienced in managing marketing budgets.

-Extensive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

-Customer-facing experience is essential.

-Able to multi-task and project manage large projects.

-Experienced in managing and running events and trade shows.

-Proven ability to develop marketing plans, enabling growth targets.

-Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
