Our client a leading consumer organisation is looking to recruit a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join their team in a Brand Manager position. The Brand Manager will play a key role in planning and implementing communications as well as managing the day to day processes. 

Seen as the protector of brand within the organisation by overseeing its strategic direction you will review all creative advertising collateral ensuring it is aligned to the business wide ethos and principals. Although positioned within the Brand team you will engage with various business functions in ensuring Brand communications are implemented. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Working cross-function within the business to develop engaging, impactful and personalised multi-channel campaigns which follow the brand direction whilst meeting commercial objectives.
  • Centrally coordinate the communications planning of major advertising campaigns across all its different guises, to ensure the right message is displayed in the right way across all formats.
  • Objectively prioritise the priorities each week and effectively communicate to all corners of the business via regular presentations, updates and effective use of email.
  • Have a high level view of all budgets across all related channels including but not limited to commercial, media, acquisition and brand/creative.
  • Provide regular feedback to the business on planning improvements with a view to developing a more streamlined approach/function.
Key Requirements: 
  • An ability to think creatively but have evidence of turning ideas into executed campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to respond to business results and consumer research.
  • Energetic and passionate about branding and sporting products.
  • Have an instinctive feeling about future ideas and concepts with a realistic attitude to their validity and logistical implementation.
  • Experienced in customer management, strategy and execution with good knowledge of CRM processes and procedures.
  • Have excellent presentation and analytical skills
