The aim of this role is to support the pursuits team to prepare and coordinate pursuits, proposals, pitches, Bids and tenders that maximise the return on the Firms Business Development Activity.

Job Description:
Assist the pursuits' teams with responses to major opportunities across the firm, working closely with the pursuits team and lawyers to ensure that deadlines are met.
Coordinate and collate firm and practice area information for use in pursuits and proposals.
Assist with drafting and editing pursuits' content
Take direct responsibility for preparing first drafts of capability statements and ITT (first stage) responses.
Help review the format and content of pitch documents, ensuring they are brand compliant and championing improvements.


What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the pursuits or Bids / Tenders process gained working in a Professional Services, Law Firm, Insurance or corporate B2B sector.
