Description

As the Content & Stakeholder Communications Manager based in London you will support business growth by providing communications and content marketing support to development to strengthen brand identity and placemaking.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage a calendar of external communications activities with the Marketing team to build relationships and ensure effective coordination of externally facing activities.
* Work with Corporate Communications and PR agencies to deliver Commercial PR activity including creating and maintaining relationships, driving quality coverage, and evaluation/reporting and where appropriate integration with Group PR strategy.
* Support the generation of award submissions to promote the Commercial business line internally or through external channels.
* Support business growth by providing relevant communications support - including communications guidelines, organising events and overseeing work winning activity as required.
* Ensure that the communications process is understood across the wider business - establishing clear responsibilities, and sign off procedures.
* Manage, produce and deliver internal communications, and quarterly updates.
* Enhance existing communications, generate new initiatives, communicate the strategic objectives of the business and support change initiatives to improve employee motivation and engagement.
* Explore and utilise existing and new channels to generate positive perception of the developments through social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc).
* Conduct or commission key research supporting the Commercial business and promote thought leadership across platforms.


Profile

The successful Content & Stakeholder Communications Manager for this Property Developer will have:

* A proven track record within Marketing, preferably in the property sector and across high profile projects
* Educated to degree level and have a Marketing qualification
* Excellent copywriting skills and experience in writing regular press releases
* Have proven experience of performing a similar role in a fast-paced professional environment
* Experience in the property industry is highly desirable
* Have strong online skills including experience with social media and CMS
* Have excellent verbal communication skills and excellent copyrighting and editing skills
* Have excellent inter-personal skills and are a strong team player
* Have a strong understanding of brand management and brand values
* The ability to evaluate and recommend relevant PR strategies
* Highly creative
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills, ideally in matrix organisations
* Ability to work as a positive, energised and adaptable team member
* Hands on approach, be able to think on your feet and be able to work to strict deadlines.
* Proactive, focused and flexible, with a committed, motivated style
* Experience of working with external agencies
