Manage the development and implementation of the brand strategy utilising consumer insight raising brand internally and externally based at the head office near Staines.

They have a defined and structured career path and look to maximise its employees potential. The Brand Manager role will be based at the head office near Staines.


The Brand Manager will build brand momentum working closely with the product and propositions team and utilising key insight to develop the brand, key responsibilities include:

* Proposition and brand strategy development - developing key USP's

* Working side by side with Product development and proposition teams utilising consumer and competitor insight to ensure continued development and improvement, running monthly workshops, develop brand road map and ensuring development is on track for upcoming launches and following up on consumer insight to support future development

* Development of brand propensity targeting and using key learns for strategy development

* Run weekly and monthly brand clinics and surgery's - educating internal teams in brand changes improvements and upcoming enhancements

* Briefing insight and analytical team to create reports around brand perception, desirability and devise strategy from this insight

* Develop brand maps and brand metrics, monitored NPS score

* Develop framework for brand positioning and future activity - Promotions, key messaging etc

* Brand guardianship

* P&L and budget management

* Key stakeholder management


To be right for the Brand Manager role you will have developed a brand from creation through to market delivery, you will have worked with creative brand agencies creating specific briefs and managing brand campaigns. You will have a strong understanding of the overall marketing mix and how to interrogate data and research to get the key insights that will help drive forward the brand in the market.

Job Offer

Salary on offer is up to £65,000 plus car and benefits
