This organisation is looking for a Direct Marketing Manager (Acquisition) to join their small, friendly team in central London.

The key responsibilities of this Direct Marketing Manager (Acquisition) will be:

* Manage all donor recruitment channels, with a particular focus on face to face
* Overall management of the acquisition budget for the charity
* Keep close tabs on the income and expenditure across the programme
* Accurately report on key metrics as campaigns progress
* Analyse acquisition activity in order to make suitable changes for future campaigns
* Monitor partnerships with external suppliers and ensure their work is completed on time and best value for money is gained
* Train and monitor a team of agency face to face and telefundraisers
* Input all relevant compliance procedures
* Ability to deliver engaging training to agency fundraisers to ensure they carry across the brand's messaging at all times
* Work collaboratively with communications colleagues and agencies to deliver creative and engaging recruitment materials


The person specification for this Direct Marketing Manager (Acquisition) is:

* A minimum of 2 years experience of managing a face to face fundraising campaign
* An understanding of other acquisition techniques
* Budget management experience
* A strong track record of delivering on income targets
* Strong problem solving skills and an ability to deal with complaints in a compassionate manor
* Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal colleagues
* Experience of managing relationships with external suppliers
* Knowledge of updated compliance regulations

Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of £40,000.
