The marketing function of our client's sales business is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager - South of England. This role is positioned to support the lead generation and acquisition of customers at a local level across a multi-site estate. This role commences at the start of August.

Client Details

Our client is an established operator within the travel/leisure/hospitality industry and offers affordable and high-quality products and experiences within the market. This role focuses on lead generation for the tangible product area of the business.


As the Regional Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

* Working with Sales Managers across different sites in order to review the flow of lead generation and sales in order the achieve site-specific targets
* Understanding the sales funnel from interest to sale - recognising high performance
* Building, executing and tracking a marketing plan in line with forecasts and budgets for individual sites
* Monitor and advise on site marketing budgets

Marketing activity might include:

* Direct Mail
* Advertising (including press, inserts etc)
* Digital Marketing

All marketing activity will be briefed from inception through to production using external agencies and the in-house studio.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Visiting sites regularly and leading marketing meetings with Sales Managers and General Managers
* Evaluating marketing activity to ensure return on future investment
* Monitoring web content for all sites
* Producing site brochures, sales presenters POS and all other collateral requirements


The successful candidate will have a proven background in marketing and experience of or an understanding of multisite operations.
