You will be responsible for marketing their annual events and exhibitions.

Your new role

Your role of Conference and Content Manager is to manage the smooth running of the conferences and events, produce compelling content and prepare by researching the viability of conference topics by conducting in-depth research with senior level industry figures. To prepare all materials and design briefs for direct mail pieces, including the conference brochure to strict deadlines, making sure all information is accurate and appealing. You will also identify future potential content, events and ways in which current events can be improved. You provide guidance to the Operations Manager on follow-up correspondence required with speakers and working with the operations team to ensure costs are kept at a minimum and event runs smoothly on the day.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Events Manager and Content Producer with experience managing the end to end process of exhibitions and conferences with a focus on creative content production. The ability to think strategically and sound understanding of event marketing principles is essential to this role, as is a commercial mind and the ability to be unfazed by new projects. Well organised team player with strong stakeholder engagement, proven research skills using a number of information sources. Line management is desirable.
