Twinings, the leading premium tea business, is currently seeking a ‘stand out commercially centric’ marketer to manage its key portfolio– Healthy Tea. Leading a strong team of three, this role will have full responsibility and accountability for developing and implementing the brand strategy; maintaining overall responsibility for the brand P&L; managing and developing the team and working collaboratively, cross functionally, to ensure alignment across - Insights, Innovation, Connections, Shopper Marketing and Category to enable excellent commercial delivery and results. It is vital that the Marketing Manager can continue to develop the culture of passion and energy in the team as this will resonate in the brand delivery. In terms of experience, you would need at least 5-6 years + of brand building experience, with a track record of success, capable of building strategic direction for a commercial business. You will know consumers and customers well and be able to communicate effectively at all levels to build confidence and influence others.
