This is a new Brand Marketing Manager position with a successful, boutique fashion business to build the brand reputation for two key brands in the portfolio.

Client Details

Our client are a well established fashion accessories business who are looking to develop their brand presence across their well known retail client base.


The role reports to the Sales Director and works closely with all areas of the business, but ultimately is responsible for the following:

* You will develop and execute the Sales and Marketing plan for 2 key brands to increase brand presence, consumer engagement and sales.
* Conducting consumer/market research to determine market requirements for all existing and future brands/products.
* This will include the ongoing development of all websites, digital, e-commerce and social media campaigns, offline marketing, advertising and promotional activity.
* Planning and executing online marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, and email and display ad campaigns.
* Monitoring and managing activity on all social media platforms on a daily basis.
* Organising presence at key retail events and trade fairs to increase brand visibility.
* Providing performance reports quarterly for all initiatives with recommendations for improvements.
* Expanding the customer and consumer database to increase the frequency of campaigns
* Briefing media and advertising partners.
* Reporting on all marketing expenditures and their return on investment (i.e. Google AdWords, Facebook, etc.)
* Taking a strategic role in selling the brands, as well as being responsible for the day to day account management duties of face to face selling, ordering stock and confirming orders.


The candidate that is successful in this position will bring the following skills and personal attributes to the role:

* Proven working experience and results as a brand manager

* Excellent creative, analytical and organization skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication and editing skills.
* Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
* Experience in identifying target audiences and devising highly inspirational campaigns for the market.
* Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
* The ability to analyse market data and implement and update all of the elements of the marketing plan quickly and accurately.

* Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing from campaign to analysis

* Advanced experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords Campaigns, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.

* Advanced experience in creating and optimizing content for Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube etc.

* Ideally hands on experience with Shopify/ other e-commerce platforms.

* Enjoys being part of a small team but working autonomously and is results driven

* Happy to be based in South London on a daily basis

* Demonstrable knowledge of fashion industry

Job Offer

Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 depending on relevant skills.
