You will be part of a supportive marketing team in the newly developing Investments team and will be working with the all internal teams to create clear and effective marketing communications that reflect their strong brand and tone of voice to aid and improve the customer journey. You will own key relationships within project teams and will be responsible for the production and creation of a range of marketing communications.

Marketing Executive accountabilities:

* You will be responsible for their system generated correspondence, for customer, member and adviser touch points. You will create new correspondence as well as updating and maintaining existing ones.
* You will be a competent and experienced copywriter with exceptional attention to detail, who can produce a range of integrated communications (including, letters, emails, and web copy).
* You will be working Closely with many of their internal teams as well as outside agencies to create
* You will adapt your communications to different scenarios within correspondence and implement changes for each release. You will also be required to be final sign off for Marketing of the testing. The testing will be completed by the test team and the Language Lab.

* You will manage 'change communications' to members, for example communicating premium or product changes.
* You will be responsible for going through rigorous internal approval processes in order to gain approval for new marketing collaterals.
* You will be working with the internal development teams to make sure the communications produced are accurate to the promoted product or policy change.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Marketing communications experience (ideally within Pensions and Investments).
* Experienced working in a fast paced business environment.
* Experience dealing with technical, complex communications and translating them into more easily digestible content.
* Confident with strong interpersonal skills and good at building relationships across functions. Must be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and both in the UK and South Africa.
* Strong copywriting skills leading to the ability to turn complex situations into simple communications.
* Excellent project management skills - activity planning and project delivery.

The successful candidate can earn up to £38,000pa and receive a full benefits package with Private health insurance and pension and a potential 8% bonus.
