Based in one of the world's leading global law firms, this is a brilliant marketing and business development opportunity for a current BD Manager with a strong Litigation & Dispute Resolution background to drive the implementation of the firm's strategy, through the project management and successful delivery of business development, client focus and marketing initiatives for the Regulatory, Investigations, Fraud and Crime Group.

The Senior Business Development Manager (RIFC) will be expected to adopt a problem-solving approach to day-to-day support, guide others in resolving complex issues, play a key role in setting best practice and take the lead on cross-border and cross-practice initiatives. It will be your responsibility to drive the group business planning process and oversee the effective pursuit of opportunities. Bid management will be an important element of the role and you will take the lead on the management of cross-practice production of strategically significant RfP responses, pitches and credential statements through to coaching senior internal clients on their delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a client account and take a lead role in client planning, client development and client feedback initiatives. The role holder will also be tasked with evaluating, project managing and implementing best practice to business development campaigns, client events, conferences, sponsorships, advertising and PR and overseeing multiple marcoms projects, including the delivery of directory and awards submissions and client briefings.

Pre-requisites for this role include an outstanding academic record allied to proven previous management experience in professional services marketing, preferably in a law firm, and broad experience in dealing with senior management and key stakeholders. Experience and enthusiasm for working in a Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice will also be seen as highly beneficial. The Senior Business Development Manager (RIFC) will need to be pro-active, detailed oriented, resilient and focused, possessing both well-developed coaching, influencing and presentation skills and excellent project and people management skills.
