With a wealth of customers across the UK and a huge amount of Sales and Marketing data for potential customers, they are currently recruiting for a Marketing Operations Manager to be able to lead and structure these campaigns from their head office in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

The Marketing Operations Manager role will be a key part of the Marketing team across the UK and will be responsible for the below duties:

* Be responsible for targeting and segmenting data across the UK for a variety of campaigns
* Tracking the leads through the sales pipeline to ensure conversion.
* Maintaining the CRM database
* Owning the customer database and the quality of information added


The Marketing Operations Manager role will look for the below skills:

* A proven track record in Marketing Analytics include data segmentation, customer insight and innovative campaign development.
* A background of working within customer acquisition and retention campaigns
* Experience of working with Marketing Automation technology is beneficial
* Experience of working with data virtualisation technology and analytics tools are essential
* Ideally, based a commutable distance from Basingstoke

Job Offer

This role will offer a basic salary of £45,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)
