If you’re a customer-focused professional, who loves getting to the bottom of what makes your customer tick, I’ve got the role for you.

My client is a consumer brand, with a new requirement for a UX Researcher to join their genuinely lovely team. Day to day, you’ll work to understand what the brand’s customers need from the website, with a view to improving the digital offering. You’ll do this through analysing user behaviour, and analysing customer activity.

It’s hard to shrink this massively varied role into a short description, but day to day, you’ll have the chance to get involved in:-

- Usability testing and research
- Presenting findings to the business, in order to lead innovation and change
- Helping to make the digital offering best in class
- Creating a roadmap of analysis and testing
- Qualitative and quantitative research
- Working with the creative and marketing teams to drive research and development opportunities

You must have prior experience in a UX Research or Analytics role, and will be comfortable working with usability testing tools. You’ll also have a genuine passion for an interest in how to deliver the best possible customer experience, but will combine this with a commercial focus.
