My client a leading technology business based in Burnley are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their growing team. You will have ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to continuously improve the product branding and offering. You must show a capacity for continual learning and applying that in an innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Work with the in-house, marketing, content and PR teams
Devise and plan marketing campaigns
Generate creative marketing initiatives to drive new sales
Have an understanding of customer churn rates for SaaS products and strategies to improve them
Devise plans to meet sales forecasts, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
Advise on how best to manage the creation of opportunities in the sales funnel
Execute marketing campaigns using social media channels such as: Twitter, LinkedIn Facebook etc.
Write and edit content for an online blog and other content publishers
Work with our SEO specialist to optimize the site for better online visibility
Create and distribute white papers, case studies, and configuration guides
Create online promotions and marketing campaigns
Work with Product Manager to use marketing information to improve the product
Create communication plan focused on increasing subscriber awareness
Work with in-house PR team to generate media opportunities for the product
Helping develop and implement a customer on boarding strategy
Using marketing techniques to help improve our customer services

Key Skills
Educated to degree ideally in digital, marketing or journalism is preferable
Must have experience of marketing within a technology sector
Strong online and offline marketing experience
Knowledge of SaaS products (preferential)
Good track record of precision and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience of getting results from working on your own initiative and as part of a team
People management skills - this role involves line managing two members of staff
