My client a leading commercial business based in Northich are looking for a dynamic Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing team.
You will have ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to execute the marketing strategy within a specific product area.

Devising the marketing strategy for our business channels and translating it into an annual, budgeted, timed plan with clear actions and outcomes
Communicating the plan, internally and where appropriate externally and tracking and measuring progress including regular presentations at sales meetings and to our strategic partners, at business briefings and other events
Executing all elements of the plan to time and within budget which includes but is not limited to integrated campaigns including direct and email campaigns, events, writing of case studies and blogs, social content plans, collateral and presentations
Devising marketing plans and developing marketing relationships with our strategic partners and broker and reviewing progress via quarterly meetings
Driving and project management of the vendor and broker digital experience, working with sales and IT to develop an ongoing roadmap of required developments
Running customer insights for these groups, where necessary drawing on Group resources to help you
Market and competitor analysis
Refining and growing the partner programme proposition
Responsible for new product development and review to support the team, in accordance with business framework
Management of data and third parties as required to fulfill duties
Adhere to brand guidelines, working on adhoc marketing projects

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level
Must have extensive experience working in a full mix Marketing role
Track record of developing and delivering a successful marketing strategy
Experience of direct and email campaigns, campaign mgnt, events, writing case studies, blogs, social media content plans, product development, marketing collateral, research and presentations
Experience of working in a marketing role within the IT/ Leasing/Financial Services and or medical markets would be desirable
Experience of working with external agencies and key stakeholders
Ability to see a bigger picture view of how our solutions, partners and operations fit together
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Possess strong communication skills especially in writing and in presenting / meetings
Company Benefits:
Salary up to £40k + Discretionary Bonus
25 days' holiday, increasing to a maximum of 28 days through service + BH
