The New Business Manager will be responsible for proving new business development support to Partners within an allocated client segment to drive profitable growth and revenue generation.

They will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities.

Client Details

A leading professional services firm based in Liverpool.


Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Sector Head and Partners to implement and manage agreed new business development initiatives including preparation of segment business plans, new product development, identifying, researching and converting new target clients and identifying growth opportunities within market sectors or regions.
* Measure and monitor the effectiveness of all new business development activity
* Support the Bids team with knowledge of prospects and markets for tenders, pitches and presentations
* Provide coaching support for Partners on new business development activity
* Work closely with the wider marketing team to develop campaigns which engage prospects and enhance the market positioning
* Analyse learnings from activity to share across the Marketing team and segments to enhance future activities


The New Business Manager will:

* Have relevant business development experience within professional services, experience within the legal sector would be advantageous
* Be commercially astute
* Be proactive in developing ideas and solutions
* Have strong project management and time management skills
* Be highly organised
* Have excellent influencing skills and ability to manage at a senior level
* Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

Salary up to £50,000 depending on the level of experience.
