We at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College, recently grade "Good" by OFTED are looking for a PR and Communications Assistant to join the team within the Directorate of Marketing and Customer Experience.
The PR and Communications Assistant will join the College during an exciting time of our development, supporting the marketing team in enhancing the reputation and image of the College through the delivery of a focused public relations, communications and content marketing plan.
The post holder will work with the team to ensure high quality internal and external communication across a range of channels, from digital to press and events.
The successful candidate will have previously worked in a marketing and have a good understanding of key processes. The ability to manage several projects simultaneously is key.
In addition to this you will have:
- Experience in copy writing and proof-reading for online and offline media
- Experience and knowledge of using social media platforms such a SnapChat, Instagram, Facebook Live, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, etc for PR communications campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise professionally and confidently with staff, students, the public and external bodies
