West London's College (WLC) is seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual for the post of Marketing Administrator/PA. The post holder will support and report to the Director and the Heads of Service within the Directorate of Marketing and Customer Experience.
The post holder will join the College during an exciting period of our development and we will look to you to provide high level PA and administrative support. It is an important role in the facilitation of effective communication links and the post holder will have excellent prioritising skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
The post holder will be a highly effective communicator, appropriately balancing tact and diplomacy with the need for quick turnarounds and will have excellent IT skills, which will be used to produce correspondence and reports aimed at a senior level audience.
You will also have:
- Extensive experience in assistant senior management.
- A demonstrable ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
- Office management experience ideally in a marketing environment.
