My client is an exciting, niche organisation, within the boating/sailing space, and is currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to create partnerships with external stakeholders and work with boat show exhibitors to help deliver a great customer experience.

About the role:

* You will work with external stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships and deliver ROI.
* Working closely with boat show exhibitors, ensuring they have the tools they needs to effectively market the shows.
* Working with the Head of Marketing to manage media schedules and deploy both digital and non-digital ads into various publications.
* Working alongside the web executive to take ownership of content for shows websites, and creating web pages for the shows that are fun, engaging and drive ticket sales.
* Managing show attractions as directed by the Head of Marketing.
* Creating digital assets to be used cross websites and email campaigns for both the B2B and B2C markets and acting as a central hub for colleagues to send content to for editing, checking, image optimisation and ultimately loading.
* Curating image and video libraries with an eye on re-purposing existing content, producing additional strategic content where needed and distributing this content with the help of the Social Media Executive.
* Developing the group ticket bookings market and growing the existing customer database, with the aim of reaching 200,000 email-able contacts by the end of 2018.
* Developing the corporate market - ensuring you know who is attending and from which company.
* Working with the Senior Marketing Executive to develop engaging, targeted and segmented emails to the database.
* Continually bringing new ideas and working practices to the team.

Key skills and experience required:

* Principles of marketing across multi-channel/multi-platform campaigns.
* Knowledge of film production
* Practical project management skills
* Multi-agency coordination
* Digital marketing
* Distribution technologies
* Experience in basic CMS and HTML
* Practical knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and similar products.
* Email marketing
* Partnership creation
* Reporting
